A sneak peak into all things graphic…

Andy Warhol's "Campbell's Soup Cans" is a famous series of 32 paintings from 1962, each showing a different flavor of Campbell's soup. He tackled the idea consumer culture and mass production, blending art with everyday items. By turning ordinary objects into art, Warhol made people rethink what art could be and helped shape the Pop Art movement.

He used screenprinting (a graphic gurlie favorite) to reproduce the images. Screenprinting allowed Warhol to mass-produce his art, mirroring the mass production of consumer goods and reinforcing his thoughts on consumer culture.
